You acknowledge that all items sold on belije.com are sourced internationally. As such, any original manufacturer’s warranty may not be valid or applicable in your country.

belije.com may provide separate product warranty. Product Warranty information are stated on product description. Products are sold on an “as is” basis.

Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Payment is processed at the time of order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CRITICAL CLAUSE)

All shipments from belije.com may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of the shipment (the “User”) is the “Importer of Record” in the destination country and is solely responsible for all import fees, taxes (such as VAT, GST, SST), and customs clearance charges.

belije.com has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and is not responsible for their payment. We will not refund orders that are refused by the user or returned by customs due to non-payment of these fees.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the international shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged by the carrier unless shipping insurance (if offered) is purchased.

Order Cancellation & Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your card.

We are entirely separate from the manufacturers and brand owners whose products are listed on our platform. We do not act as an authorized distributor, dealer, partner, or official representative for any brand featured on this site.

All product names, logos, trademarks, and vehicle/model designations are the property of their respective trademark holders. Any use of these trademarks on our website is strictly for nominative fair use—specifically to identify the genuine, original products being offered for resale—and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the trademark holders.

Product Authenticity and Parallel Importing

All items sold through Belije are 100% genuine, authentic products legally purchased from authorized retail outlets, pharmacies, distributors, or secondary markets in their country of origin. We operate strictly under the First Sale Doctrine (and international equivalents), which legally permits the resale of legitimately acquired genuine goods. Our inventory consists of curated globally to provide customers with access to regional exclusives, unique variations, and competitive pricing.

Specific Category Conditions & Warranties

Because our catalog spans diverse international markets, users purchasing from the following categories explicitly acknowledge these distinct regional conditions:

Electronics, Cell Phones & Accessories, Appliances, and Video Games: Items are built to international market specifications. Voltage requirements, power plugs, cellular bands, software regions, or digital configurations may differ from your local standards. Official manufacturer warranties, post-sale technical support, and authorized local repair services may be void or unavailable. Belije provides no technical or mechanical warranty on these goods.

Automotive, Tools, and Industrial Equipment: All parts, digital keys, transponders, or accessories are aftermarket components sold explicitly under nominative compatibility rules (e.g., “compatible with [Brand/Model]”). They are not official OEM factory-certified parts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Beauty & Personal Care, Health & Household, Baby Products, and Grocery & Gourmet Food: Formulations, ingredients, dietary labels, expiration date formats, and packaging for international cosmetics, shampoos, soaps, or foodstuffs may vary slightly from the localized versions sold directly in the buyer’s destination country due to original regional manufacturing and regulatory standards.

Pet Supplies: Food, supplements, and accessories are sourced from external international retail pipelines and are sold in their original, authentic packaging as-is.

Books, CDs & Vinyl, Movies & TV, Musical Instruments, and Arts & Crafts: All media and physical design assets are original, genuine copies protected by international copyright laws and distributed under standard secondary-market resale rights.

Customs, Local Compliance, and Import Liability

When executing a transaction through our curated proxy service, the customer is legally designated as the “Importer of Record.” The customer assumes 100% responsibility for ensuring that the purchased items (including household goods, electronics, automotive parts, or personal care products) comply with all local import laws, health agency regulations, and safety standards in their destination country. Belije is not liable for items delayed, opened, or seized by customs authorities due to local regulatory variations.
