All prices are exclusive of international shipping fees and any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your destination country.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, this information is provided by our international suppliers, and we do not warrant that it is always accurate, complete, or error-free.
You acknowledge that all items sold on belije.com are sourced internationally. As such, any original manufacturer’s warranty may not be valid or applicable in your country.
belije.com may provide separate product warranty. Product Warranty information are stated on product description. Products are sold on an “as is” basis.
Payments
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Payment is processed at the time of order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CRITICAL CLAUSE)
All shipments from belije.com may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of the shipment (the “User”) is the “Importer of Record” in the destination country and is solely responsible for all import fees, taxes (such as VAT, GST, SST), and customs clearance charges.
belije.com has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and is not responsible for their payment. We will not refund orders that are refused by the user or returned by customs due to non-payment of these fees.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the international shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged by the carrier unless shipping insurance (if offered) is purchased.
Order Cancellation & Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your card.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, belije.com’s (including our directors, officers, and employees) total liability in any matter arising from or related to the sale of a product shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the specific product in question.
