Your order’s journey consists of two phases:
- Sourcing & Fulfillment (1-2 Business Days): We coordinate with our international suppliers to prepare and pack your order for its global voyage.
- International Transit:
- Express Air: 4–7 Business Days
- Standard Sea: 12–24 Business Days
We aim for total transparency, but please keep in mind that external factors like local customs processing can occasionally affect these timelines.

This usually happens if your cart exceeds our 100kg safety limit. Because our carriers can’t process single shipments over 100kg, the checkout will show an error.
To fix this, just split your items into multiple orders (e.g., two orders of 65kg instead of one large 130kg order). This ensures everything can be handled safely by the delivery team. Thanks for understanding!
Return & Refunds
We want to make sure you get exactly what you ordered in perfect condition! Because of our business model, we only accept returns for items that are incorrectly sent or arrive damaged/defective.
If you receive the wrong item or notice a fault, please reach out to us immediately so we can fix it for you.
To keep our shipping fast and prices fair for everyone, we aren’t able to process returns for “buyer’s remorse” or general changes of mind. We kindly ask that you review your cart carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product, feel free to ask us before you buy!

Shipping fees are non-refundable. These costs are paid to the shipping carrier to move your package from our warehouse to your door, and we cannot recover these funds once the item has shipped.

Yes, your data is safe with us! We process all payments through a secure, encrypted system. To keep your information extra safe, we do not store any credit card details on our website servers.
When you place an order, Belije contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires. This reservation appears immediately in your statement, but it isn’t an actual charge.
If you cancel your order, the authorization is removed from your account according to the policies of your bank. Contact your bank to clarify how long they hold authorizations for online orders.
If you see a purchase or credit card charge you don’t recognize, check with any family members, friends or coworkers who may have had access to your device or permission to use your card.
