1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times and shipping rates may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected. Please see the following estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 days
  • Sea Shipping: 12-16 days
  • Free Shipping: Available for certain product.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic: Malaysia
  • International: Worldwide

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain restricted locations.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the status of your order through the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Belije is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees).

6. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal limitations. In such cases, we will notify you at the time of purchase or contact you if the restriction affects your order after it has been placed.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

Belije is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged after shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that shipping carriers may have specific guidelines and timelines for reporting lost packages.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancel the shipment.
