Order Processing Time

After you place an order, please allow 2-5 business days for us to process the order and source the item from our international supplier. This processing time is separate from the shipping time.

International Shipping Time

Once processed, your item will be dispatched for international shipping.

Estimated delivery time is 5-21 business days, depending on your location, shipping method, and customs processing.

These are estimates only and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

As stated in our Terms of Service, you (the customer) are the Importer of Record.

You are 100% responsible for paying any and all import duties, taxes (VAT/GST/SST), and customs fees charged by your country.

We will not be responsible for any packages returned to us due to your refusal or failure to pay these fees.

Split Shipments

Because we source items from multiple supplier to get you the best quality, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. If you receive only part of your order, please do not worry—the rest is on its way! You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the international shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance if it is offered at checkout.
