We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our international sourcing, our return policy is limited.
Valid Reasons for a Return
- Incorrect Item: The item received is not the item you ordered (e.g., wrong product, wrong size, wrong color).
- Defective/Damaged Item: The item received is broken, non-functional, or clearly defective upon arrival.
Conditions Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- “Change of Mind,” “Buyer’s Remorse,” or if you no longer want the item.
- Minor variations in color from website images.
- Items damaged by the user after receipt.
How to File a Claim
You must contact us at [email protected] within 7 Days of receiving your package. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Your claim must include:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the incorrect or defective item.
Claim Review
We will review your evidence. We reserve the right to determine the validity of the claim.
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions. We may, at our discretion:
- Issue a full or partial refund (for the item cost).
- Send a replacement item.
- Request that you return the item to our address.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be for the item’s purchase price only.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
