Where do your products come from?

We are a curated retailer, which means we source our products from a network of trusted international suppliers. This allows us to offer you a unique selection of items from around the world.

Can I request an item that isn’t listed on your website?

Yes. Just contact us [email protected], we will try our best to help with your request.

Do your products come with a warranty?

As our products are sourced internationally, they do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty that is valid in your country. As stated in our Terms of Service, all items are sold on an “as is” basis. But we may provide warranty for some product by ourself, please refer to product description.

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve paid?

Once an order is placed, it is sent to our suppliers for processing. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will do our best. If the item has already been sourced, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

Our delivery time is made up of two parts:

This is the time it takes for us to source the item from our international supplier and prepare it for shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched and shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

Why is my tracking number not working?

It may take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to become active in the shipping carrier’s system after you receive the email.

Why am I seeing a “No Shipping Available” error at checkout?

Due to our carrier’s logistics and safe handling limits, we have a maximum weight limit of 100kg for a single order. If your cart’s total weight is over 100kg, our system will not be able to calculate a shipping rate, and you will see an error.

Please split your items into two (or more) separate orders, ensuring each order is under the 100kg limit.

For example, if your total cart is 130kg, you could place one order for 70kg and a second order for 60kg. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a very strict return policy. We only accept returns for items that are incorrect (we sent you the wrong item/size/color) or defective/damaged upon arrival.

What if I change my mind or don’t like the item?

We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse. Please be sure of your purchase before ordering.

What do I do if my item is wrong or damaged?

You must contact us at [email protected] within 7daysof receiving your package. You must include your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the issue. We will not accept claims without this evidence.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
