4.1 Late or Missing Refunds

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns, except in cases where the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping (if paid by us) will be deducted from your refund.
